Bwinners Terms & Conditions — Your Complete Guide to Using the Platform

Only one account can be created per mobile number. If multiple accounts are detected from the same device or IP address, the system will automatically flag them and all associated accounts may be suspended.

• Account Sharing: Allowing someone else to use your account
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering
• System Hacking: Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Using another person's information: Opening an account using someone else's identity
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate games fraudulently

Bwinners may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions
• If KYC Verification Fails
• Upon detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
• Upon order from a court or regulatory authority

You may request to close your account at any time. Any withdrawable balance will be returned. A monthly maintenance fee may be applied to inactive accounts.
